Audium Call Services handles high-volume IVR application deployments in a mission-critical environment, with extensive administrative and operational tools to ensure maximal availability.

Call Services deploys as a web application in the J2EE/J2SE application server to drive the caller experience. Using voice applications built in Audium Studio, Audium Call Services interacts directly with any supported VoiceXML Gateway, and external applications and databases, to dynamically manage and deliver a world-class user experience to every caller.

Flexible Deployment Options

Audium works closely with all major VoiceXML gateway vendors to guarantee full interoperability. Audium’s plug-in Gateway Adapter technology dynamically renders the proper markup for every gateway and speech recognition engine so that every caller experience is the same. 

Audium applications scale across multiple systems and data centers, can target multiple voice gateways, and can be load balanced for high-availability. Applications need only be written once, and then deployed anywhere in a distributed fashion for failover, redundant, hot-standby, hot-site disaster recovery, or other high-availability or recovery configurations.
