2007 Audium Training and Cisco Acquisition Impact

 On June 30, 2006, Audium was acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc. of San Jose, California. 

Starting in 2007, Cisco will offer classes on Audium through Cisco Learning Partners.  The first classes will be announced in February 2007 and will be consistent with the offerings available through Audium.  We recommend customers using VoiceXML IVR products from non-Cisco companies to continue taking the Audium courses.

For customers and partners using Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP), we continue to recommend taking classes for CVP like CVP-I and CVP-D.
