Audium Builder

Audium Builder, now a plug-in for Studio, is a proven productivity enhancer, with time saving functions, reusable components, and hundreds of developer-friendly features focused on saving your team time and money. Builder provides a graphical drag-and-drop interface for building and configuring callflows from reusable, configurable components. Because developers are abstracted from-low level coding concerns, they can focus on the business goals of the application.

Audium Elements

Audium Elements™ are prebuilt reusable components that encapsulate best practices in application design. Each Element can either be custom configured to meet particular voice application needs, or dynamically configured to act differently for every call based on previously defined business rules.

Elements are fully customizable, allowing companies to create their own elements to encapsulate common tasks for reuse across applications, or incorporate elements from Audium partners or third-party developers.

Prompt Manager

Studio now enables user interface designers to edit and configure prompts either individually, or from a global application view. Prompt manager’s powerful sort and replace functions streamline the implementation of global changes in the application user interface.

Decision editor

Decision editor provides an intuitive graphical interface for developers to create application decision logic. Users can implement and define business logic within the application without being required to know or use XML, making it possible, for the first time, for business users to create and configure dynamic VoiceXML applications that deliver a customized experience to each user.
